Streetmasters
What is Streetmasters?

Streetmasters is an advanced motorcycle training experience designed for adult riders who want to improve their skills in a supportive, hands-on environment. The program features a central riding circuit with various skill stations positioned around it. Each station focuses on a specific riding technique, such as curve management, braking, low-speed maneuvers, and personalized instruction. The day is structured so that riders rotate through these stations in small groups, receiving direct feedback and guidance from experienced instructors.

Skill Development
Riders work directly with instructors to practice and refine specific techniques, such as curve negotiation, effective braking, and low-speed control.
Flexible Learning
Riders can take breaks at any time and are free to filter in and out of the course throughout the day, making the experience comfortable and accommodating.
Personalized Feedback
With small group sizes (maximum of 12 riders per station), each participant receives individualized attention and immediate, actionable feedback after each exercise.
Safety-Focused Practice
The circuit is managed by instructors for safety, with controlled speeds (typically 35-45 mph) and no high-speed competition or passing, ensuring a secure environment for learning.
Comprehensive Training
The program covers a wide range of skills, from advanced curve techniques to low-speed maneuvers and one-on-one instruction for specific rider needs.

…(R)eformatting the RCP … to an online combined with…in person format, allowed us to recruit and train several more coaches than we have been able to previously…(a)ll of the candidates (now RiderCoaches) were younger and came from more diverse professional backgrounds which was refreshing and valuable. …(P)reviously, we were only yielding candidates who were retired, in between jobs or had flexibility in their schedule...I am happy to report that all the candidates were as qualified as any previous RCP.

Brandon Pate & James Cooper, Owner of Riders First
"As owners of several ranges across the Midwest, we constantly need coaches, developmental training, and process improvement. Our mission is to place the Riders First. That mission requires us to ensure our coaches are prepared for their classes. In an industry that has been slow to embrace the advantages of technology integration, Be Crash Free stands alone with a solution. Additionally, and most importantly, Be Crash Free does not elect to waver or drift from standards. The ability to train new coaches more efficiently and provide applications that streamline the processes and logistics is invaluable to multi-state organizations like ours. Our company is very selective when deciding who we will partner with. In the case of Be Crash Free, no discussion is needed; we are happy with our experience and working relationship with Be Crash Free."
